This website

- No JavaScript libraries. The 3D viewer, the pretend console screen and the page scripts were written for this site.
- The 3D console is the outside of Berglet's own case model. The game pictures are frames from Berglet's own games and examples; the small 16 × 16 pictures in them are the game kit's built-in ones.
- No stock photos, no photographs at all, and no generated images.
Berglet's software
The system, the game kit, the editor and the translators are Berglet's own. The players are adapted from open-source emulators and engines, each under its own licence, including:
- retro-go and the emulators it gathers (GPL v2)
- gwenesis (AGPL v3)
- Uzem (MIT) · rcheevos (MIT)
- Wolf4SDL (GPL v2) · Chocolate Duke3D (GPL v2, over the Build engine's own licence)
- WebAssembly Micro Runtime (Apache 2.0 with LLVM exception)
- Lua and MicroPython (MIT)
- and Snes9x, gnuboy, nofrendo, SMS Plus, PCE-GO, RACE, Stella, ProSystem, PrBoom, fake-08, wasm3, Ardens and others, with thanks.
Some of these licences allow sharing but not selling. We respect each licence in how its player is offered.
